Postpartum Doula Support
Postpartum services can take many different shapes. The idea is to support the new family as a whole. Here are some of the tasks that we can do:
Caring for the infant so parents can sleep.
Infant care education
Bathing your infant for the first time.
Breastfeeding support.
Light housework.
Prepping meals.
Help to integrate an older sibling..

The difference between a Postpartum Doula and a Nanny is a Nanny takes care of the baby while a Postpartum Doula takes care of the parents so they are nourished, rested and supported.
*See below for available packages.
Breastfeeding Counselling
Breastfeeding is a gift for your baby, for yourself and for the earth. It is not always easy but is always worth it.

With the right support and knowledge everyone can have the chance to have a successful breastfeeding journey.

As breastfeeding counsellors we offer support in positioning and getting a proper latch, building and maintaining your milk supply, sore nipples or painful feeds, hand expressing, pumping plus so much more.

Having the support from a breastfeeding counsellor from day one can help to prevent breastfeeding complications.
